I got my teeth whitened by Whyte Smile for the very first time on Friday, and i'm not talking about crest white strips whitened, i'm talking about laser whitened -- the real deal. Also, who has time to do the whitening strip method -- twice a day for 30 days?! Not me!
Anyway, since i had never done it before and didn't really know what to expect going into the appointment i decided to break it down for you guys!
First, they put your mouth piece in, (these are brand new for each client) then they grab some before pictures and get started!
(btw i am obsessed with their space)
Next, they put a gel on your teeth for sensitivity and let it sit for a few minutes, then you rinse it out and they apply vitamin e on your lips and gums (which helps with dehydrated gums + chapped lips).
After that, they brush each individual tooth with a bleach pen applicator. Then they give you a pair of laser eye protection glasses and move the laser over your teeth to sit for 20 minutes! And that's pretty much it! You repeat this process three to four times depending on your sensitivity (i did the full four treatments) and you're done! BAM! Such an easy process!
Here is my before and after -- i could not be happier with my results! They also measure the whiteness of your teeth, so before i was a 1 and after i was a -2!
The aftercare is pretty straight forward -- don't eat for two hours, drink lots of water, and only eat neutral colored foods/drinks for 24 hours!
If you're interested in laser teeth whitening, i hope this breakdown helps! And if you want to book an appointment with Whyte Smile click here. You can also use my name for 20% off your appointment!
